Se le propone la instalaci\u00f3n de m\u00e1s implantes en maxilar superior con anestesia general. La anatom\u00eda del maxilar superior era muy irregular y atr\u00f3fica a pesar del injerto realizado. Dichos aditamentos son tallados en boca con abundante irrigaci\u00f3n para paralelizarlos y que puedan recibir una barra cementada. Sobre esta barra cementada se va a atornillar la supraestructura dental, que es la que va a corregir la enorme discrepancia que hay con el maxilar inferior. Ambas estructuras, la barra cementada y la supraestructura atornillada, son fresadas en titanio y el material dental es cer\u00f3mero.
